RULES OF THE SIMAC COMPETITION

Article 1: Organization

The company SIMAC (hereinafter the “Organizer”), a simplified joint stock company (SAS) with capital of €2,147,200, registered under the siret number 389 597 311 00015, is organizing a free, no-obligation competition on the 'Instagram and Facebook Simac, from Monday April 2, 2024 from 2 p.m. to Tuesday April 16, 2024 until midnight, according to the terms described in these regulations.

Article 2: Participants

This game is open to any natural person of legal age on the date of the game, residing in mainland France (including Corsica), excluding members of the Organization's staff, and any person having directly or indirectly participated in the design, the realization or management of the game as well as their spouse, including cohabiting partners, members of their families: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof. Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid.

Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the competition by the Organization without it having to justify this. Any incomplete, erroneous or illegible identification or participant, voluntarily or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in the regulations will be considered void. The Organization reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the conditions set out above. Any person not meeting these conditions or refusing to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in the event of a win, to benefit from their prize. Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these regulations.

Article 3: Conditions of participation and prizes

According to the game explained below:

On 04/02/2024 from 2 p.m., a Facebook and Instagram post will be published asking participants to go to a Google Form in order to answer a questionnaire (last name, first name, email address, age question on a product/brand ) to be part of the draw.

Participants can like the Facebook and Instagram pages as well as subscribe and share the competition without obligation.

Entries made before 04/16/2024 at 00:00 will be part of the draw.

Prizes:

1.A Gamo sheath ref. G5382 worth €36 including tax

2.A Fair cap, ref. VCF10 worth €15 including tax

3.A Daniel Defense t-shirt, ref. DDT012A worth €44.90 including tax

If one of these steps is not followed, the participant will not be entered into the draw.

Article 4: Designation of winners and delivery of prizes

The winner will be chosen on Thursday April 18, 2024 from 10 a.m., via the random.org website which will announce the name of the three winners.

The winner will be chosen after verification of their eligibility to win the prize concerning them.

The winner chosen during the draw will be contacted by email by the Organization.

The prizes will be sent to the postal coordinates indicated by the participants. In the event of an undelivered return, the prize will remain available to the participant for 15 days. After this period, he will no longer be able to claim it and will remain the property of the Organization. The winner undertakes to accept the prize as offered without possibility of exchange, in particular for cash or any other prizes of any nature whatsoever. Likewise, this lot cannot be the subject of a compensation request.

Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prize is the entire responsibility of the winner without the latter being able to request any compensation from the Organization, nor from the service providers or partners.

The organization reserves the right, in the event of the occurrence of an event beyond its control, in particular linked to its suppliers or unforeseeable circumstances, to replace the announced prize with a prize of equivalent value. The winner will be kept informed of any changes.

Article 5: Use of participants’ personal data

Participants’ contact details will be processed electronically. Participants' information is recorded and used by the Organization to record their participation in the game and allow the prize to be awarded. Participants can, for legitimate reasons, object to their personal data communicated within the framework of this game being processed? They also have a right to object to their being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside of participation in this game, which they can assert upon registration of their participation by contacting by mail to the address below.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, any participant has the right to demand that they be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or ambiguous or out of date by sending a letter to: SIMAC Company – Rue Santos Dumont – 86100 Châtellerault, indicating their last name, first name, postal address, e-mail address.

Article 6: Rules of the game

The regulations can be consulted on the following site: https://simac.fr/ . The Organization reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify or cancel the game at any time, without the participants being able to claim any compensation.

Article 7: Intellectual property

The reproduction, representation or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the game, including these regulations, is strictly prohibited. All brands, logos, texts, images, videos and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it allows access via hypertext links, are the exclusive property of their owners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code for the entire world. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes a possible infringement of criminal sanctions.

Article 8: Liability

The Organization cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or fortuitous event beyond its control, which would partially or totally deprive the participants of the possibility of participating in the game and/or the winner of the benefit of their winnings. The Organization cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage to mail, lack of visibility of stamps due to postal services.

The organization and its service providers and partners cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for any incidents that may occur in the use of the prize by the beneficiary or third parties once the winner has taken possession of it.

Likewise, the Organization, as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of the prize once the winner has taken possession of it. This competition is not managed or sponsored by Facebook and Instagram, which the organization releases from all responsibility. Facebook and Instagram cannot be held responsible under any circumstances during the execution of this game.

Article 9: Dispute & Complaint

These regulations are governed by French law. The Organization reserves the right to resolve without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of these regulations, it being understood that one month after the end of the game, no dispute will be admitted. Any complaint must be made within a maximum of one month following the end date of the Organization game.
